Your expertise in BIM tools and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful implementation of our interior design projects.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, BIM standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • BIM-based interior design, including developing detailed 3D models and managing interior design families, templates, and libraries within BIM platforms.
  • Interior design and space planning, including designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts and optimizing space utilization while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and building codes.
  • Material and finish selection, including selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that meet design, durability, and cost requirements.
  • Coordination and clash detection, including participating in BIM coordination meetings and working closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and align with factory capabilities.
  • Documentation and deliverables, including generating detailed interior design drawings, renderings, and specifications from BIM models and preparing schedules such as finish schedules, fixture schedules, and material take-offs.
  • Quality assurance and troubleshooting, including conducting design reviews and resolving design or production issues related to interior spaces.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in modular construction or prefabricated systems.
  • Proven experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
