GeoTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager for Proficiency Testing to lead the development and implementation of our proficiency testing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing, coordinating the selection and distribution of proficiency testing samples, and representing PT compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proficiency testing programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing.
- Coordinate the selection and distribution of proficiency testing samples to participating laboratories.
- Represent PT compliance with various regulatory and accreditation bodies.
- Approve and inspect subcontractors for stability and homogeneity testing jobs.
- Responsible for the research and development related to the offered proficiency testing programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of participating laboratories and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
Requirements:
