Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at AVOIR HR CONSULTANCIES LLC. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metalwork and welding services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Blueprint Reading and Planning: Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings to plan the layout and procedures for metal fabrication and welding projects.
  • Metal Fabrication and Welding: Proficient in making plate or pipe welds of any size on all base material, all thickness, and pipe diameter of any size and all position.
  • Tool and Material Selection: Capable of selecting the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios as per the different requirements of the project.
  • Preparation and Safety: Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Measurement and Cutting: Competent in measuring, cutting, and drilling materials to meet the specifications of the project.
  • Quality Control: Testing the strength of each joint during and after project completion to ensure high-quality results.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining equipment, supplies, materials, and deadlines throughout the project.
  • Welding Equipment Selection: Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on project requirements.
  • Setup and Installation: Setting up components for welding according to specifications, and installing fabricated metal components as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
