Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and assigns resources required for plumbing works.
  • Plans and analyzes construction methodologies and recommends best options.
  • Interprets construction drawings and applies relevant standards or specifications.
  • Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to plumbing work groups.
  • Coordinates works with electro-mechanical and civil groups to meet project timelines.
  • Conducts quantity take-offs for materials/equipment and floats vendor enquiries.
  • Prepares comparison charts for each item from three vendors.
  • Develops work schedules aligned with the construction program.
Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience: 12+ Years of Plumbing experience in MEP & High Rise Building
