About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team at AECOM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage BIM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of infrastructure projects in the Middle East to drive BIM implementation and coordination.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Resident Engineers, AREs, and Engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote effective communication and project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a proven track record of executing major bridges and highways/Infrastructure projects in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of BIM software and processes.
  • Education: Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of overall experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM project management and infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
  • Abu Dhabi Experience: Prior work experience in Abu Dhabi is highly desirable.
  • Resident Engineer Approval: Prior approval as a Resident Engineer in Abu Dhabi would be advantageous.
  • Project Execution: A proven record of executing major bridges and highways/Infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead a team of Resident Engineers, AREs, and Engineers.
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering.
