Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage with our target audience.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in online marketing, with expertise in creating and executing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, including content production, engagement, and analytics. Additionally, you will work closely with our external agency to ensure consistency in branding across all digital touchpoints.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all digital media customer touch points, ensuring they are updated and aligned with our corporate identity.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel tracking, and event tracking on our website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness on a daily basis, evaluating performance against goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage all social media accounts, producing engaging content, increasing engagement, and enhancing brand identity.
  • Create, proofread, and edit various digital marketing content to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Monitor digital and social media trends, platforms, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Identify critical customer conversion points and drop-off points to maximize user funnels.
  • Collect and interpret data from marketing campaigns, analyzing results to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing is essential.
  • Google and other digital marketing certifications are required for this role.
  • Ability to manage website admin panels and Google Analytics is mandatory.
  • Digital media agency experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of social media management is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internet research.
