We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital security strategies and solutions to protect our organization's assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement digital security strategies and plans to align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of digital security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security measures and policies.
- Security Operations
- Oversee the development and maintenance of digital security and recovery response methods and mechanisms for various incident and event classifications.
- Manage the maintenance and modernization of the structural plans of the Security Operations Centre, ensuring compliance with leading practices and the requirements of the Company.
- Technical Expertise
- Ensure that the Security Operations Management Center is equipped with the required tools and technologies (hardware and software) to carry out the best digital security operations.
- Lead the technical updates required by the Security Operations Management Center to reduce any disruption to the security measures applied.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Management Center team to develop solutions required to address unique threats faced by the government community in Abu Dhabi.
- Ensure that policies and procedures related to digital security engineering are aligned and implemented within management activities.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare required reports according to the reporting requirements internally for the section within the Authority, and externally when needed.
- Ensure that the Department complies with Company risk management guidelines and quality management standards.
- Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, complaint security, IT or any relevant field with at least one specialized certificate (e.g. SIEM, CSOCA, COMPTIA Sec. or CCNP, etc.).
- Professional Experience
- Experience in digital security, IT security, network security, incident handling or any related area at least.
- Years of experience for bachelor's degree campaign: 6 to 8 years.
