Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to business needs
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training requirements
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels
• Develop training in learning resources, materials, manuals, and interactive learning tools
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking and reporting on training completion rates and effectiveness
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Technical Certifications relevant to the role of Trainer/Facilitator accreditation being highly advantageous
• 3+ years of experience in a training or L&D role
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in e-learning development and delivery is a plus
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness
