Job Description: Senior Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:- Calendaring and Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events across different industries and time zones.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the CEO and other executives as needed.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring they are thoroughly briefed and prepared for all engagements.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, employees, clients, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and information exchange.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile detailed reports on industry trends, market analysis, and business opportunities for the CEO's review.
- Event Planning and Execution: Assist with planning and executing multi-industry events and conferences.
- Special Projects: Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple industries, including AI development, software outsourcing, bookkeeping, and real estate.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management tools, project management software, and communication platforms.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.
