About the Position:This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, managing employee services, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Employee Services: Administer employee services, including medical insurance, employee benefits, and payroll administration.
- Provide Support to HR Team: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel records, handling employee inquiries, and performing other HR-related tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate Onboarding Meetings: Coordinate onboarding meetings for new hires, assist with gate pass renewals, and provide support related to on-boarding overseas new hires.
- Validate Business Card Requests: Validate requests related to business cards issuance and provide ad hoc support to direct reports in regards to scheduling of meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 to 2 years of HR experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
