  • Resource Allocation: Plan and prioritize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly monitor critical inventory levels to identify and act on shortages or bottlenecks of supplies, preventing delays and ensuring smooth production flow.
  • Process Improvement: Investigate production problems, analyze root causes, and provide solutions to improve processes, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with all teams to expedite the flow of materials and documents, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular production status updates to key stakeholders, suggesting ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in production planning and scheduling of multiple projects.
  • Education: Minimum requirement of an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of related supply chain business experience, including production planning in a similar industry, and certification in CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), APICS, CPIM, or CSCP.
