We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Pure Sky Lounge. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating and serving a range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and well-organized service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and serve customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and menu changes
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized service area, including the bar and surrounding areas
  • Efficiently manage customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a polite and helpful manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar environment
  • Ability to create classic cocktails and mixers
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to changing situations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
