About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contracts Advisory Unit Head to join our team as a key member of our Client of Michael Page organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our procurement contracts function and drive strategic growth.

Your Key Objectives

  1. To develop and implement effective contract management strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. To provide expert advice on procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, UAE procurement laws, and international standards.
  3. To lead and mentor the procurement contracts team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  4. To identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • A qualified legal professional with a Law degree (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of experience in contract management, with a strong focus on procurement contracts, ideally within the UAE or Middle East.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge - Deep understanding of contract law, procurement regulations, and government contracting frameworks, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi and UAE procurement laws and international standards.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Proven leadership experience in managing teams, mentoring legal professionals, and effectively collaborating with procurement, supply chain, and external legal counsel.
