Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline.
  2. Relevant work experience in Data Center, IT Operations or similar.
  3. Experience of people management.
  4. TCP/IP networking, network cabling, structured cabling, optic types, and test equipment experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a Data Center.
  3. Experience implementing LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis, etc.).
  4. Experience with information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, cabling best practices and IT service delivery principles and best practices.
