The successful candidate will lead and mentor the graphic design team to produce high-quality visuals that meet our brand standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing creative concepts and branding strategies aligned with company goals
  2. Oversight of marketing materials, advertisements, and digital assets
  3. Collaboration with marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns
  4. Ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications
  5. Management of project timelines, budgets, and creative workflows
  6. Staying updated on design trends and incorporating innovative techniques
  7. Coordination with external vendors, printers, and agencies for production needs
  8. Presentation of design proposals and concepts to stakeholders for approval
  9. Maintenance of a strong portfolio of creative work and industry best practices

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
  2. 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with leadership experience preferred
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  4. Strong artistic vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
