We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the safe execution of construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Safety Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
- Team Supervision: Directly supervise construction teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
- Safety Education: Educate site personnel on construction safety protocols and regulations to minimize risk.

- Accident Response: Manage site accidents in accordance with established procedures.
- Attendance Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of construction employees and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Project Analysis: Review blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and quality specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving construction operations and propose effective solutions.
