**Clinical Director - Healthcare Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our team at King's College Hospital London – UAE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the clinical direction of our hospital and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate fully in all aspects of clinical governance, making a significant contribution to clinical audit and risk management activities.
  • Take an active role in identifying and reporting clinical risk, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.
  • Take responsibility for individual learning, development, and performance, demonstrating professional activities and skills to peer reviewers.
  • Maintain a record of professional development activities to inform annual appraisal and ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Promote personal health and safety and security, as well as that of other employees, in accordance with our hospital's Health and Safety Policy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBBS or MD - Essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience post CCT or completion of a recognized specialist training program - Essential
  • Valid Professional registration in Healthcare - Essential
  • Experience working in a hospital or Acute Tertiary setting for at least 5 years - Desired
  • Must have 5 years' experience in a Leadership role - Essential
