Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Medical & IT-BRM functions, including:

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing & submitting expense reports for Marketing, Finance & Medical Director and Commercial Head
  • Assisting in visa applications for business travelers

You will also be responsible for raising promo & budget approvals related to MEAP expenditures, preparing & reviewing contracts, SOW/LPOs for Marketing & IT-BRM team & routing them for approval, and performing other essential administrative tasks as required by management.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment. If you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputed multinational company, we encourage you to apply.
