  • Workshop Development: Create and host workshops for start-ups, focusing on investment readiness, financial planning, and scaling strategies.
  • Fundraising Support: Provide support to portfolio companies with fundraising strategies, market entry plans, and investor relations.
  • Progress Updates: Track the progress of invested start-ups and provide periodic updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Fintech, investment analysis, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology and investment processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of regulatory compliance in Fintech and experience with financial software.
