We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team at Talabat. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving logistics efficiency across 8 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex systems and tools to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize dispatching logic and order flows, ensuring a balance between user experience and logistics efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective use and rollout of Delivery Hero technology, tools, and data models.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and data visibility to support faster and more effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Economics field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to drive complex ideas and processes to diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and SQL.
  • Tableau or similar reporting tool skills.
