About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water park's attractions and facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine testing, monitoring, and maintenance of water quality in all pools, attractions, and water features.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all tools, equipment, and testing devices are in good working condition and report any issues to the Associate Director Engineering, Hotel, or General Manager, Water Park.
  • Training and Development: Develop the skills and effectiveness of all employees through appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance and repair in a water park or theme park environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
