Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in accordance with project requirements, ensuring that all key milestones and activities are included.
  • Reporting and Progress Monitoring: Prepare reports and progress drawings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting project progress and productivity rates.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with project control managers, project managers, and other departments to ensure that project planning and monitoring controls are in place.
  • Analysis and Recommendations: Provide analysis and recommendations for corrective action based on planning data, ensuring that project targets are met.
  • Project Planning and Monitoring: Ensure that project planning and monitoring controls are in place to meet set targets, including project schedules, optimum productivity, and efficiency.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with project team members to gather data in support of the planning process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering in a related discipline or equivalent.
