The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of project programs on site.

This involves ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the agreed timeframe.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Obtaining drawings of the project and assessing material and manpower requirements accurately.
  • Coordinating procurement with the Purchase Department and monitoring project progress.
  • Reporting discrepancies or delays to enable timely corrective action.
  • Supervising the workforce and managing site operations.
  • Liaising with Site Management to ensure adherence to project programs.
  • Conducting quality checks and completing quality checklists.
  • Coodinating site demobilization upon project completion.
Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the interior contracting/construction industry.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
