  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to structure favorable mortgage deals, staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgage industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant mortgage advisor certification (e.g., Certified Mortgage Advisor).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending or related financial services, preferably in direct sales.
  • Proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role.
