The Roads and Transport Authority is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to join its team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transportation-related projects, from policy development to implementation.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing transportation policies and plans that align with the authority's vision.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address transportation challenges and opportunities.
- Analysing data and developing reports to inform transportation policy decisions.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of transportation policies and making recommendations for improvement.
You will also be responsible for checking and evaluating different public transport and road network planning options and scenarios, and planning, designing, and supervising different travel surveys required to develop transport policies.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture engineering, industrial engineering, or urban planning from a recognized university. You will also require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
