PepsiCo is a leading global beverage and snack food company that is committed to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Support:
    • Quality complaints: Collect and document defected products, take photographs of defects, and submit quality complaint forms to the Saudi team.
    • Report CFR: Compile daily invoiced orders versus ordered quantities and update a ready-made template to calculate the CFR.
  • Finance Support:
    • Invoices scanning: Daily revenue-generated invoices to be scanned through a scan machine for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain locations.
    • Invoices tracking: Daily revenue-generated invoices to be validated and updated in an Excel tracker, then shared with the sales team for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain locations.
    • Daily cash reconciliation: Daily reconciliation of cash collection for actual collection versus system summary, then shared with IBM teams for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain locations.
  • Sales Support:
    • Valid Returns & Bad Returns: Enter return order details in SAP by customer, item, and quantity with appropriate approval and communicate with finance and supply for further action.
    • CCPF Trigger & Follow-up: Maintain an updated file for customer aging and obtain resolution comments from KAMs and supervisors for overdues. Trigger CCPF with necessary comments and send for approval through workflow to release hold orders due to aging issues. Follow-up with approvers to release each CCPF and communicate status to KAMs, supervisors, and admins.
  • EHS Support:
    • Support team in EHS campaigns and surveys.
    • Distribute and collect signed scorecard reports.
Requirements
  • Admin work experience.
  • Computer literacy and Microsoft tools experience, especially Excel.
  • High commitment.
  • Teamwork and ability to work with different functions.
