Land Surveyor Job Description

**Job Summary**

Geco Mechanical & Electrical Limited is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys using total stations and other surveying instruments.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct detailed measurements and calculations of distances, angles, and elevations
* Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
* Assist in the analysis of survey data, including the preparation of survey reports and maps
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to ensure surveying requirements are met
* Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted by survey team members
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company standards in all surveying activities

**Requirements**

* Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
* Proficiency in using total stations and other surveying instruments
