Position Overview

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess approximately two years of experience in a similar role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Supervise daily activities of housekeeping personnel.
  • Inspect rooms and communal areas for cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Organize work schedules and manage staff replacements during absences.
  • Establish and communicate cleanliness and hygiene standards to the team.
  • Encourage team morale and address any workplace issues promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests effectively.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Participate in large-scale cleaning initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations across all areas.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a comparable position.
  • Practical knowledge of cleaning and maintenance in large facilities.
  • Ability to operate industrial cleaning machinery and products.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A high school diploma is advantageous.

Compensation:

Salary: AED 2500

Includes accommodation and visa support.
