As a Senior Tenant Relations Officer at ALFAHIM, you will play a crucial role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and ensuring efficient property management operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lease Agreement Renewals: Assist the leasing team in overseeing the lease renewal process, ensuring that renewal notices are dispatched to tenants promptly to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Debt Collection: Engage with clients to recover overdue rental payments, thereby optimizing revenue streams. Proactively identify tenants with outstanding balances and keep management informed about the status of collections to mitigate financial risks.
- Administrative Duties: Compile, track, and maintain comprehensive reports on debtors, ensuring timely updates on collection activities are communicated to management. Provide administrative support to resolve tenant and municipal issues as necessary.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current tenants to minimize complaints and enhance overall satisfaction, promoting tenant retention and repeat business.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required.
ExperienceProfessional Background: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in property leasing, with at least 2 years in a senior tenant liaison and collection capacity within the UAE market.
