Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team.
  • Responsibilities include managing large properties, overseeing facilities maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA advantageous
  • 10 years proven experience in Facilities Management in large organizations; mixed-use facilities experience advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry (5 years) and market conditions in the Middle East and Africa (3 years)
  • Proficient in MS Office suites including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Manager
