As Senior Leader of Machine Learning, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers in creating AI-powered products that meet the needs of our customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of machine learning strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's overall goals
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers
  • Design and develop AI-powered products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and launch

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Data Science and AI, with at least 2 years in a leadership or product management role
  • Experience in creating and managing AI/ML products that have been successfully brought to market
  • Strong technical proficiency in programming languages and tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing business metrics for AI-based products
