    • Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, and other global fee teams to understand their pain-points and emerging priorities, ensuring that our fee strategy and execution are in line with the wider business priorities.
  • Fee Strategy Development
    • Develop and improve solutions to drive efficiencies in the fee setting process, including business assessments, fee change execution, and monitoring/audit, and improve Seller experience and clarity on fee-related topics.
  • Reporting and Insights
    • Report key insights and trends using statistical rigor to inform the larger team of noteworthy storylines.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
