Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Health eCareers. As an Audiologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Hearing Aid Services: Provide patients with comprehensive hearing aid services, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Diagnostic Evaluations: Assist with diagnostic evaluations, including documenting patient information, administering tests, and providing patient instructions.
- Product Handling: Manage the inventory of hearing aid devices and accessories, interface with vendors, and maintain accurate records.
- Daily Clinical Support: Provide telephone consultation to patients, triage appointments, and document patient interactions.
- Equipment and Supply Maintenance: Maintain equipment inventory, calibrate equipment, and ensure adequate supply of diagnostic and hearing aid-related supplies.
- Education: Associate's degree or a minimum of two years of experience in a directly related field.
- License/Certification: Not applicable.
- Skills: Problem-solving skills, ability to understand technical information, and comfort working with small electronic devices.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the hearing impaired population.
