We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team at Al Khayyat Investments (AKI). Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, including method statements, risk assessments, and inspection test plans.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Cordinate with consultants and site staff to address quality-related issues and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, processes, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills).
