Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team at Drydocks World - Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all civil-related structures are constructed and maintained in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring continuity of work and adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, other departments, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and manage activities to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Train and assist junior staff members in their day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in the supervision of the workforce.
  • Implement and monitor OHSAS management systems to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 10th standard or equivalent general education/Civil Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
