You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital asset management projects, as well as develop and implement procedures for managing digital assets. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of digital asset management activities and generate reports as needed.
A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to digital asset management, and applying that knowledge to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation, management, and distribution of digital assets across various business units.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital asset management projects.
- Develop and implement procedures for managing digital assets.
- Maintain accurate records of digital asset management activities and generate reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to digital asset management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital asset management, with a focus on coordinating the creation, management, and distribution of digital assets.
- Experience with document management systems (DMS) and electronic archiving solutions.
- Familiarity with ISO, legal, and regulatory requirements for digital asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
