Job Title: HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide critical support to our HR executives, maintain accurate employee records, and process documentation and reports.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with HR duties and tasks to ensure seamless execution of HR-related activities.
  • Providing administrative support to our Human Resources executives, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Maintaining employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Processing documentation and reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Coodinating HR projects, such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, while taking minutes to document key discussions and decisions.
  • Handling employee requests and inquiries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Supporting payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, leaves, and other necessary information.
  • Communicating with public services when required, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Managing complaints and grievance procedures in a fair and professional manner.
  • Coordinating candidate communications and scheduling interviews to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
  • Conducting initial employee orientations to ensure new hires feel welcome and equipped for success.
  • Collaborating with recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in HR, staff assistance, or a related administrative position.
  • Fast typing skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems and ATS software.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field to demonstrate expertise and understanding of HR principles.
