Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Senior Officer to join our team at Robert Walters Dubai. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Develop and implement risk assessment models, conduct stress testing, and prepare submission reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recovery Planning: Prepare and update recovery plans, including policy documents, to ensure business continuity.
  • Financial Risk Management: Execute IFRS9 calculations, generate and analyze ECL numbers, and coordinate with the Head Office Provisions unit on projected provisions.
  • Risk Appetite and Dashboards: Prepare and analyze risk appetite and recovery plan dashboards, and coordinate with the Head Office Risk Analytics team on scorecards.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and be the single point of contact for risk-related issues.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and update policies, rating migrations reports, and rating exceptions reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar enterprise risk management role, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ICAAP, risk appetite, and IFRS9, as well as experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
