Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory

  • Provide expert legal guidance to the business, considering FAB's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement FAB Group legal policies.
  • Oversee legal tasks and projects, ensuring efficient completion.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

  • Support the management of litigation or disputes between the business and customers in the UAE and abroad.
  • Communicate effectively with the Head of Legal and stakeholders regarding relevant litigation matters.

Contract Management and Review

  • Review and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect FAB's interests.
  • Stay up-to-date on international best practices and applicable laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in Arabic is beneficial.
