The Inclusion Learning Officer will be responsible for supporting students with diverse needs, providing individualized attention and guidance to help them overcome barriers to learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise students in the classroom, between classes, during lunch and break time, and on field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  2. Work closely with teachers to identify areas of need, developing and implementing tailored learning plans to support students with diverse learning styles.
  3. Assist teachers in preparing for lessons, setting up equipment, and delivering lessons, using technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience.
  4. Support students during assessment periods, providing individualized attention and guidance as needed.
  5. Collaborate with the class teacher to communicate school rules and expectations clearly to all children, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
  6. Provide targeted interventions to support students who require additional help, enabling them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success.
  7. Contribute to daily routines, such as organizing homework folders, diaries, and reading books, to promote organization and time management skills.
