Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the blocks factory, ensuring that production is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the production team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during production.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order raw materials as needed to ensure that production can continue uninterrupted.
- Staff Supervision: Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
