This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Category Finance and FP&A Senior Analyst.

You will be responsible for providing analytical support to our business leaders, developing and maintaining financial models, and communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to business leaders, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Communicate complex financial concepts and data insights to non-financial stakeholders
Requirements
  • Professional finance or accounting certification
  • Adept at financial modeling with excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and JDE
  • Analytical skills, financial acumen, and knowledge of financial reporting
  • Agile, high sense of urgency, accountability, and results-driven
  • Strong presentation skills and preparation
  • Firm understanding of financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for business partnering
  • 2-3 years of experience within the finance industry, preferably in FMCG companies at Category finance and FP&A
