As a seasoned Ecommerce Summit Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the success of our ecommerce summit in the Middle East and APAC regions. You'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of this event, handling logistics, invitations, and follow-up communication, and ensuring event materials are well-prepared.

About the Role
  • You will have 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Key responsibilities include content creation, social media management, event planning, paid media marketing, and partner co-marketing efforts.
  • You will manage relationships with partners, ensuring ROI from lead-sharing efforts, exploring new opportunities, and educating internal teams on partner offerings.
Event Planning and Management:
  • You will coordinate and oversee the execution of our ecommerce summit in the Middle East and APAC regions.
  • Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-up communication.
  • Ensure event materials are well-prepared.
  • Plan and manage private dinners with prospective clients and vendors.
Global Marketing Role:
  • You will develop and execute a range of marketing initiatives to drive lead generation.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and update the agency's website with fresh content.
