The Head of IT Governance and Data will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's IT governance framework, data management strategies, and regulatory compliance efforts. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of data protection laws and regulatory requirements, as well as experience in developing and implementing robust IT governance frameworks, risk management processes, and data governance strategies.
Main Accountabilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT governance framework aligned with organizational objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that data privacy and protection policies are in place, aligning with industry standards and ensuring that organizational data is protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).
- 10+ years of experience in IT governance, data management, and compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
