  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in traffic/logistics, preferably in metals/commodities.
  • A degree qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software applications, with advanced Excel and Word capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Internal banking operations experience, such as documentary collection and letter of credit.
  • Experience/knowledge of commodities exchanges, such as LME/ICE/CME, would be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and accounting skills.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Experience with contract management software, preferably the ION Aspect suite.
  • Ability to work in a team, sharing duties, files, and collaborating with others.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in details, numbers, and tracking.
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work as part of a team to meet strict deadlines in a high-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in an aggressive time-sensitive environment.
