We are seeking a SITE MANAGER – CUSTOMER SATISFACTION to work closely with a three-person team and the Installation Department at our HQ in Italy. Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in pre-sales discussions with Sales Engineers
  • Analyzing drawings and conducting site inspections during the pre-construction phase to identify potential deviations
  • Organizing and coordinating site activities with clients
  • SUPERVISING installation teams to ensure high-quality installations according to plans
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout construction
  • Providing after-sales support through training and troubleshooting
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sites and installation teams' performance
  • Technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • CAD skills and ability to read technical drawings
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English (Professional Working Proficiency) and Tagalog
  • Williness to travel within GCC Countries
