  1. Report to the Accounting Supervisor or project managers as required.
  2. Review budgets, including staffing plans and fee structures.
  3. Provide timely financial reports and budgets to project managers and clients, along with project forecasts.
  4. Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
  5. Prepare actual costs, working capital, and tax reports.
  6. Monitor receivable income and support project managers with collections.
  7. Issue invoices and purchase orders, pay consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills on time.
  8. Ensure a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices promptly.
  9. Update contracts according to client requirements and report associated budget amendments.
