The Biomedical Engineer plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical services to our customers, embodying the professionalism that Imdad Biomed Department strives for. This position involves supervising junior engineers, accompanying them on field work, and ensuring their tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance procedures according to Manufacturers' specifications and Imdad's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, fostering trust and open communication.
- Prepare accurate reports using various reporting forms, including FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and Suppliers reporting, ensuring clear and concise messages and solutions.
- Seek guidance from superiors regarding technical tasks and implement their instructions accordingly.
- Maintain and enhance personal technical skills through commitment and seeking assistance from superiors.
- Promote a safe working environment within the office and at customer sites.
- Identify and report service contract opportunities to the department head.
- Foster Imdad's service contracts by adhering to the sales plan.
