Overview:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Documenting and evaluating user business processes and requirements.
- Conducting tests on new or modified systems to ensure functionality.
- Acting as a liaison between users and the technical team.
- Providing continuous user support, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to devise CRM strategies that enhance the enrollment funnel and customer lifecycle, utilizing CRM data for effective segmentation and analysis.
- Assisting users in setting up campaigns and events.
- Monitoring data quality and processes, and generating reports and queries.
- Managing user access, training new users, and maintaining user documentation.
- Supporting the GT team in managing system configurations, rolling out upgrades, and implementing new features and functionalities.
Experience:
Candidates should have experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and possess:
- Proven expertise in functional design, business transformation, operating model design, and process design.
- A solid understanding of software development lifecycle principles, along with a background in software development.
- A strong foundation in business analysis and/or system analysis.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and bug resolution.
- Prior involvement in Siebel CRM projects is highly desirable.
- A background in the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
