We are seeking a highly experienced Jr. Project Manager - Luxury Yachts to join our project management team at Sunreef Yachts. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of yacht building projects.

Responsibilities will include coordinating various tasks, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You will work closely with different departments to ensure alignment with project timelines and follow up on daily project evolution.

You will assist in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules, monitor and control project progress, and report to the Project Manager Head on construction activities and project progress.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and allocating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet project goals.

Key qualifications for this position include a degree in Mechanical, Marine, Engineering, Naval Architecture, or an equivalent field, 4-6 years of experience in project management within the shipbuilding or marine engineering industry, and strong leadership and communication skills.
